If your PWRBOX product has a manufacturing defect, you must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at Pwrbox100@Gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9953595659 with proof (photo/video) and order details.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup and inspection.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
We do not accept returns for issues like: Physical damage after delivery, Water or liquid damage, Damage caused by drops, mishandling, or misuse, Products returned without original packaging/accessories
Warranty
All PWRBOX power banks come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and includes free replacement during the warranty period.
