3. Order and Payment
- Orders can be placed via our website.
- We accept payments via secure gateways like Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if the product is unavailable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier logistics.
- You will receive a tracking ID once your product is shipped.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If your PWRBOX product has a manufacturing defect, you must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at Pwrbox100@Gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9953595659 with proof (photo/video) and order details.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup and inspection.
- Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- We do not accept returns for issues like: Physical damage after delivery, Water or liquid damage, Damage caused by drops, mishandling, or misuse, Products returned without original packaging/accessories
6. Warranty
- All PWRBOX power banks come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and includes free replacement during the warranty period.

- Warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical or liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic issues)

You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Disrupt or damage our website or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
